Summary

Objectives

The project also aims to improve the employability of rural NEETs by providing them with career guidance, job search skills, and training opportunities. Additionally, the project seeks to increase the awareness of employers and the wider community about the potential of rural NEETs and the benefits of hiring them. Overall, the project aims to contribute to reducing the number of rural NEETs and promoting their successful transition to employment or further education.

Activities

Conducting a baseline survey to identify target groups and their specific needsRecruiting and training counselors to provide counseling services to NEETsOrganizing counseling sessions for NEETs in rural areasProviding information and resources to NEETs on education, training, and employment opportunitiesConducting follow-up surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of the counseling servicesCreating awareness about the project through various channels to increase participation and engagement

Impact

The expected results and outcomes of the project include increased access to counseling services, improved mental health and well-being of rural NEETs, increased employability skills and job placements, increased social cohesion, and strengthened partnerships among stakeholders. The project also aims to create a model for addressing the needs of rural NEETs that can be replicated in other regions.
