At Eurofortis, we provide tailor-made VET internship programs that combine professional training, cultural discovery, and personal development. Each mobility is designed to match participants’ fields of study and learning goals — from school and company placements to specialised training sessions.

 Alongside professional experience, we offer a rich social programme — guided tours in Riga, seaside visits, and cultural or sport activities — ensuring participants enjoy a truly memorable stay in Latvia.

Each participant receives full administrative guidance, certification (Europass Mobility and host organisation certificates), and the confidence that comes from a safe, high-quality international learning experience.

Eurofortis organises job shadowing programmes in local schools, giving teachers a chance to explore diverse educational environments and best practices. Each one-week programme includes visits to at least three schools, allowing participants to experience different teaching methods, leadership styles, and classroom cultures.

Rooted in the learner-centred approach, these exchanges help educators broaden their perspective, gain practical insights, and bring new inspiration back to their own classrooms and institutions.
