IMPACT IN LATVIA
Eurofortis has been at the forefront of promoting excellence and innovation in Latvia’s education and organisational sectors. We were the pioneers who introduced the EFQM to Latvia and remain the only organisation providing EFQM consultancy, official trainings, and coordination of all EFQM-related activities in collaboration with the Latvian Society for Quality.
Beyond excellence, our impact extends through more than 100 European educational projects, developing new methodologies, training materials, and tools that empower schools, universities, and communities.
Through this work, we continue to strengthen Latvia’s position as a hub for quality, learning, and forward-thinking education.

IMPACT IN EUROPE
Across Europe, Eurofortis plays an active role in shaping education through innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Since 2007, we have participated in more than 100 EU-funded projects, contributing to the development of modern learning methodologies, training tools, and educational resources that support teachers, students, and organisations. Through Erasmus+ mobilities, we also welcome teachers and students from countries such as Slovakia, Czechia, Italy, Romania, Belgium, Germany, and many others for internships, trainings, and job shadowing experiences in Latvia.
Our teacher trainings, developed and delivered in cooperation with the Learn & Lead network, ensure high-quality, learner-centred, and high-value-added experiences that inspire personal and professional growth across Europe. Each partnership and project strengthens our shared European vision — a community of learning, inclusion, and continuous development.

IMPACT IN AFRICA
Since 2017, Eurofortis has been actively supporting educational transformation across Africa through projects that introduce the KNOWLO framework to schools and communities. Our initiatives strengthen personal and professional competencies among young people, empowering them to grow as confident, future-ready learners. Working closely with partners in Nigeria, Tanzania, Burundi, and South Africa, we’ve contributed to building sustainable learning cultures and promoting innovation in education.
Our Excellence Boost project — where Eurofortis served as content coordinator — was recognised as an example project for Tanzanian Erasmus+, while our Digipreneur project was featured as a example of good practice during Erasmus+ promotion in South America. These achievements reflect our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful global impact through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and excellence-driven learning.
