Since 2007, we have been dedicated to enhancing personal and professional development, with a mission to implement Excellence frameworks such as EFQM and KNOWLO.
In 2010, we embraced Excellence as our guiding principle, focusing on the development of competencies for the 21st century through innovative educational materials, methodologies, and IT tools, including eLearning and assessment tools.
Since 2014, our efforts have expanded to organizing and hosting training sessions for teachers, job shadowing opportunities, and internships for VET students, ensuring a comprehensive approach to education skill development.

EFQM and KNOWLO

Since 2010, Eurofortis has been committed to promoting excellence through the EFQM framework, becoming the only organisation in Latvia providing official EFQM trainings, guidance, and consultancy services. Building on this experience, in 2022 we created KNOWLO — a practical excellence and learning framework designed specifically for educational organisations. Through KNOWLO, we offer training, mentoring, external assessment, and continuous support, empowering schools and institutions to grow as learning organisations using our innovative digital KNOWLO tool.

Since 2014, Eurofortis has been actively hosting Erasmus+ KA1 mobility activities, including teacher trainings, job shadowing opportunities, and VET internships for students from across Europe. Our programmes are designed to create meaningful learning experiences that foster both personal and professional growth. We combine a learner-centred approach with rich cultural exchange, ensuring that every participant gains practical skills, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of international education practices. Whether it’s a short-term training or a long-term internship, we provide professional guidance, logistical support, and an environment that encourages growth through collaboration and discovery.

At Eurofortis, we create intelligent digital solutions that enhance excellence, learning, and continuous improvement. Our custom-built systems support in-depth assessment, reporting, benchmarking, and improvement planning, helping organisations make informed, data-driven decisions. We also design interactive eLearning platforms that make learning dynamic and engaging. In 2025, our key developer completed advanced training in Generative AI development at Johns Hopkins University, expanding our ability to deliver future-ready, AI-powered tools that transform education and organisational growth.
