Since 2010, Eurofortis has been committed to promoting excellence through the EFQM framework, becoming the only organisation in Latvia providing official EFQM trainings, guidance, and consultancy services. Building on this experience, in 2022 we created KNOWLO® — a practical excellence and learning framework designed specifically for educational organisations. Through KNOWLO®, we offer training, mentoring, external assessment, and continuous support, empowering schools and institutions to grow as learning organisations using our innovative digital KNOWLO® tool.

Our training “How to build the Organisational Excellence” is an internationally licensed training developed by leading European Business Excellence trainers and advisors who have experience with implementation of Excellence approach.
And in cooperation with KVALB (Latvian Society for Quality) we can offer an official Foundation training certified by EFQM.
KNOWLO® trainings
The KNOWLO® training introduces the 7 Steps of Transformation toward a SMART learning organisation and explains the KNOWLO® Framework criteria with the connected capacity-building tools. Participants conduct self-assessments in the KNOWLO® platform and learn to formulate good practices and improvement suggestions, using the online best-practice database. Together we develop a practical organisational implementation plan with roles, timelines, and next steps to ensure sustainable adoption.
KNOWLO® mentoring, coaching, implementation and external assessment
Implementation of the KNOWLO® Methodology in your organisation represents the most comprehensive level of our support, tailored to meet your unique needs.
