Since 2010, Eurofortis has been committed to promoting excellence through the EFQM framework, becoming the only organisation in Latvia providing official EFQM trainings, guidance, and consultancy services. Building on this experience, in 2022 we created KNOWLO® — a practical excellence and learning framework designed specifically for educational organisations. Through KNOWLO®, we offer training, mentoring, external assessment, and continuous support, empowering schools and institutions to grow as learning organisations using our innovative digital KNOWLO® tool.
All Excellence-related services at Eurofortis are guaranteed by Vanda Novokšonova — the only EFQM Certified Trainer and Certified Assessor in Latvia, and a Board Member of the Latvian Society for Quality.
