Summary

Background

Eurofortis applied for this project to enhance digital education, strengthen intercultural competence, and expand international collaboration in adult learning. As education evolves, we aim to o adapt to technological advancements, improve inclusive teaching strategies, and develop strong European partnerships. This mobility will help us to equip our educators with AI-driven tools, inclusive methodologies, and learn from best practices from international peers.

Objectives

As education evolves, we aim to adapt to technological advancements, improve inclusive teaching strategies, and build strong European partnerships. This mobility will equip our educators with AI-driven tools, inclusive methodologies, and best practices from international peers, ensuring innovation and long-term impact.

Impact

This project will result in improved digital skills, stronger intercultural competence, and increased international collaboration among Eurofortis educators. At least two new AI-driven tools and inclusive teaching techniques will be integrated into training programs. Additionally, we will establish new partnerships with European institutions and implement knowledge-sharing activities, ensuring that the learning outcomes benefit both our organization and the wider education community.
