Summary
Ability to use modern media is essential in today's world.
Knowledge of software tools and the ability to use them on a par with multimedia techniques is an indispensable instrument for implementing, monitoring and evaluation of projects, youth exchanges, seminars, training, etc. in an interesting and original way. Through the use of the skills acquired during the training, participants will be able to in their organizations and groups to increase the visual quality of different activities. During each project, there is a need for communicating the current information, multimedia supporting the classes, etc. Today, proficiency in various computer programs is standard.
This training has the objective to systematize the knowledge and use it to achieve a high degree of visualization of the project (during the project and promote the results), highly effective dissemination and exploitation of results, promotion of self-organization and existence in the media. Conducted through informal education training methods greatly enhance the potential of the parent organization of the participants.
Due to the participation of young people from different countries, participants will have an opportunity to identify common values, despite the cultural differences and reflect on the essential characteristics of European society.
The purpose of this TC is the development of partnerships between invited to participate in the project organizations and the creation of new joint projects.
This project will be attended by 38 participants and 4 excellent trainers from the following countries Poland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Macedonia, Georgia, Slovenia, Hungary, Greece, Latvia and Ukraine. For 7 days they will work intensively together to establishe training program.
The project participants are youth workers and youth leaders.
Implementation of activities planned within 26.12.2015 - 03.01.2016.
The project will be mainly in the form of thematic workshops, practical workshops but will also be lectures and panel discussions, presentations by participants, interactive discussions and exchange of experience.
TAPE and TED method would be used.
We have not forgotten about the games and activities and activities related to the elaboration of methods of strategic partnerships for future activities of the organization.
Due to the participation in the project will be reached systematize and supplement the knowledge possessed by the participants and use it to achieve a high degree of visualization projects (at each stage of implementation), achieving high efficiency with dissemination and exploitation of project results, as well as to promote their organization. Mechanisms will also be shown in cooperation with the media and methods for materials development to appear in the media.
The project is located in the long term and planned in such a way as to achieve a multiplier effect and sustainable impact through the use of acquired skills in a new context (use for personal purposes, the work performed, to the organization for ongoing projects, repeat this training for another group of beneficiaries, create similar projects, etc.).
The project is not limited to the participants in the action, training significantly strengthen the potential of the parent organization of participants by the direct use of the knowledge acquired by the beneficiary for the organization and for its forwarding. Each graduate training to become a person multiplying its results.
The additional impact of the project on the participants and lasting the impact is also reflected in the expansion of knowledge of the participants about the diversity of European cultures, knowledge of the history, traditions and culture of the countries of the project, increasing the ability to work together in a group, increasing the creative and organizational skills and the discovery of a variety of talents and skills, realizing the possibility of self-realization and self build better self-esteem, increase communication skills, both verbal and non verbal as.
After this project, we expect to:
- Creation of new partnerships and networks to strengthen and deepen relationships with existing partners;
- The exchange of good practices,
- Sharing the results of the project worked out with the local community in their own countries, in circles close to the activities of the individual organization and for this purpose we will use a variety of tools: television, magazines, radio, Internet, talks
- Wider publicity of our research results and thoughts and known and proven methods in school environments (which mostly based partner organizations).
